Last card for May, we're hitting the halfway mark for this year!

Today's card is called the impossible card. 

When these caught my eye they were larger cards,

you all know I like my standard invitation size!

By George I did it!

This is a fun card any size you make it.

These are flattened and how they will look coming out of the envelope.

This is with the part that stands up.

Please bring your basic class kit

including

scissors and/or paper trimmer

pencil w/ eraser

favorite coloring medium

(I used water based markers)

I think that should do it!

Today's card features another Laurel Burch stamp 

called Carlotta's Garden.

 A friend recently showed me some Laurel Burch cards 

made with color bursts rather than all that coloring.

This is a quick way to add multiple bright colors 

with a bit of shimmer.

Please bring your basic class kit

including

black edger

You all know how I love to troll the Internet for new ideas.

This is one of those cards that everyone is doing.

It's called a bridge fold card.

It's basically a double Z card with a strip 

that spans across the front, the bridge.

Best of all for me is that it 

folds to fit in an invitation envelope, yay!

Google it or search pinterest, there are so many variations 

and creativity.

Please bring your basic class kit

including

bone folder pencil w/ eraser

scissor

black edger

favorite coloring medium

(I used water based markers)

Q&E Cards @ NDB 5/19/2018

Hello all, please join me on Saturday May 19, 10:30 am 

at North Domingo Baca multigenerational center 

for this very special edition of Q&E 2.0.

This month I am featuring a sheet of Penny Black stickers.

We will be doing 5 cards for $10. 

If you would like to order multiple sets please feel free to do so.

The class is limited to the amount of stickers I purchased.

After all spots and kits are filled I will sell the extra stickers at my cost.

Today we celebrate Lottie & Diana's birthdays! 

Today's card features a stamp from Crafty Individuals out of the UK.

The background stamp is an unmounted I bought at our stamp convention

 many moons ago, not sure who makes it.

vintage photo

tea dye

brown edger

coloring medium of your choice

I used watercolor pencils & water brush.

wink of stella clear
