7/1/2014 class @CP2

Today's card is another fun die from Elizabeth Craft Designs
by Karen Burniston, you remember her from Sizzix.
The front of the card is a stamp I bought at the convention from Stamps by Judith
(time it saw some ink!)
and a few Hero Arts favorites on the inside.

Please bring your basic class kit
including your
bone folder
black edger
water brush/paint brush
if you have watercolor pencils or preferred coloring medium.

This month we will be celebrating Linda's birthday on July 15th.

Enjoy your weekend, stay cool!

So better late than never!
We will be creating two cards in a box.
These have been modified to fit into a invitation sized envelope.
As with all the handmade gifts class you will receive full instructions and diagrams,
by email so you can reproduce the project.
I will also include the larger size box so if you would like to
make that you have the dimensions.

If you are interested in a kit or coming to class please call
Scraps Galore 858 1080.
Cost $10

Enjoy your weekend,

6/17/2014 class @CP2

Woo Hoo Tuesday's card is done!
I decided it was time to use a stamp I bought last year at the convention
and a background I bought two years ago.
So I began playing with an idea I had in my head.
I am now the owner of a lovely set (5) of cards.
You will have a choice of two different backgrounds made with the same stamp.

Please bring your basic class kit
including
water brush or paint brush
gold edger

See you on Tuesday, enjoy your weekend.

Fathers Day card

This is one of the rare occasions that I am sharing a card that we will not be doing in a class.
Yes I actually sat down and made my husband a Father's Day card.
I think he will like it!

Enjoy your day,

glue stick
non stick craft sheet
water brush
walnut stain distress ink(any brown will do)
and foam blender
I used distress markers for a quick wash of color

weathered wood
spun sugar
barn door
antique linen
tea dye

Enjoy your weekend,
see you Tuesday
