9/1/2016 Thursday's at Scraps Galore

Today's card will bring a bit of autumn and manliness together.

I die cut Tim's birch trees from a corrugated  box.

Due to the thickness it only cuts the top layer, cool huh!

Please bring your basic class kit

including

poker, picker, awl, pointy tweezers etc

you will need some way to grab & tare the top layers to reveal the corrugation underneath.

Vintage photo ink and blending tool

ball point glue pen

gold edger

Party day come celebrate Jenna's birthday!

End of August, holy cow!

One last ditch effort to hold onto summer.

Please bring your basic class kit

including

scissors

gold edger

color medium of your choice

I will bring my watercolor pencils

you will need 

spray bottle with water

brush/water brush

non stick craft mat

That should do it!

8/18/2016 Thursday's at Scraps Galore

Last month Sherry gifted the class with some beautiful decorative napkins.

I took home the ones left behind after class.

I used one napkin and made 8 cards!

Today I will supply you with enough material to make two cards, 

but you will need to bring 2 card backs.

Two pieces of 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 paper.

(Cut 8 1/2 x 11 card stock in half)

including 

Glue Stick

scissors

brown edger

That should do it.

Hello all, hope you enjoyed Sue's wonderful card last week!

Today's card is a clean and simple one layer card.

I chose butterflies but you could use any image with this layout.

We will be working with masking and colored pencils.

You can use any color medium you prefer.

Please bring your basic class kit

ruler or straight edge

ultra fine tip sharpie or similar

stamping foam/mouse pad

black edger

coloring medium of your choice
